Teaching oral health, providing quality care and creating lifelong smiles
Outreach 4 Healthy Teeth is a mobile, school-based dental sealant program located in Southeastern Wisconsin. Our program is dedicated to providing high quality preventative dental care to children of all ages. Our mission is to prevent decay, reduce the risk of oral disease and to educate children on life long habits to preserve their oral health for many years to come.

Dental Assessment
The dental hygienist provides an evaluation of your childs dental health using a dental mirror.

Dental Cleanings
The dental hygienist removes soft plak and hard deposits (cavity bugs) and then polishes them with a spin brush to make them shiney!

Fluoride Varnish Application
A thin layer of fluoride is painted on the surface of the teeth to act like a hard shield and keep cavity bugs away.

Dental
Sealants
A resin material is painted in to the grooves of the back molars to prevent cavities from forming.
Oral Health Education
Your child will be provided with tips on how to take care of their teeth at home.
Eligibility
Must be between 1-19 years of age
Must attend a school that participates in the Seal-A-Smile program.
Must have a parent or guardian give consent by completing the online or paper consent form.
Costs
Our services are available to all students at no direct cost, regardless of their financial or insurance status.
Outreach 4 Healthy Teeth bills Medicaid dental insurance programs for services rendered if applicable, but does not bill private insurance companies.

Parents or guardians will never receive a bill for our services.
Meet the Team
Our team is composed of dental care professionals that strive to create a nurturing dental environment for the children and students we serve. We believe that enducating children on oral health is not limited to a toothbrush alone. We believe that by creating a loving and nurturing dental environment that we can remove the stigma that surround the dental community. Our focus is to provide a happy space and a positive place for kids to receive preventative oral health care. This isnt just a job for us it's our passion!
